Thank you for choosing Wildflower Beauty Bar. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or booking an appointment at any of our locations in Queen Creek, Chandler, or Gilbert. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS
1.1 Scheduling

  • Appointments can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at any of our locations.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service price.

  • Wildflower Beauty Bar reserves the right to request prepayment for services from clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.

1.3 Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

  • The full service price will apply regardless of shortened treatment time due to late arrival.
     

2. PAYMENTS AND PRICING
2.1 Service Fees

  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Current pricing is available on our website and at our locations.

  • Additional fees may apply for extensive or specialized treatments.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Membership Program

  • The "Glow Gang" membership is a monthly subscription service.

  • Membership fees are automatically billed on the same day each month.

  • A valid credit card must be kept on file for membership billing.

  • Members must provide 30 days' notice to cancel their membership.

  • Unused monthly services do not roll over to the next month unless specified in the membership agreement.
     

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY
3.1 Medical Conditions

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and pregnancy status before receiving any treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service based on health and safety concerns.

  • If you are under a doctor's care for any skin condition, you must obtain written permission from your physician before receiving services.

3.2 Patch Tests

  • Patch tests are required 24-48 hours before certain treatments, including but not limited to lash extensions and certain facial treatments.

  • Failure to complete a required patch test will result in your appointment being rescheduled.

3.3 Sanitation

  • All equipment and tools are sanitized according to state regulatory requirements.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.
     

4. LASER SERVICES
4.1 Consultation Requirements

  • All laser services require an initial consultation prior to treatment.

  • Clients must meet medical eligibility requirements for laser treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse laser treatment to anyone deemed unsuitable for the procedure.

4.2 Laser Treatment Risks

  • Clients will be fully informed of potential risks and side effects before treatment.

  • Clients must sign an informed consent form before receiving any laser treatment.

  • Results may vary, and multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

4.3 Pre and Post-Treatment Care

  • Clients must follow all pre and post-treatment instructions provided by our staff.

  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in adverse effects and will void any treatment guarantees.
     

5. MINORS
5.1 Service Restrictions

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian for any service.

  • Certain services may be unavailable to minors regardless of parental consent.

  • Laser treatments are not available to clients under 18 years of age.

5.2 Parent/Guardian Presence

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire duration of any service provided to a minor under the age of 16.
     

6. GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS
6.1 Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.2 Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

  • Discounts may not apply to membership services or packages.
     

7. PRIVACY AND CLIENT INFORMATION
7.1 Data Collection

  • We collect client information for appointment scheduling, service customization, and marketing purposes.

  • By providing your information, you consent to our collection and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Photography

  • Before and after photos may be taken for certain treatments.

  • We will obtain your written consent before using any photos for marketing, social media, or educational purposes.

  • You have the right to refuse photo consent without affecting your treatment.
     

8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
8.1 Service Quality

  • We strive to provide the highest quality services and client satisfaction.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can address your concerns.

8.2 Refunds and Redo Policy

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • We may offer a service redo, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Product returns are accepted within 14 days with original receipt if the product is unused and in original packaging.
     

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Service Outcomes

  • While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.

  • Individual results may vary based on skin type, condition, aftercare compliance, and other factors.

9.2 Personal Property

  • Wildflower Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

  • Please keep valuable items with you or leave them at home.
     

10. PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT
10.1 Service Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health contraindications.

10.2 Service Modification

  • Our professionals may modify treatments as necessary based on client skin condition, health status, or other factors affecting safety and outcomes.
     

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
11.1 Updates

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

  • The current version will be posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
     

12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
